Well. . . college applications start in the near future. . anyone attending Georgia tech, Pratt, Northeastern, or Princeton?
I wanna be an industrial designer or architecht, gimme some info

Good luck man, those schools are really really tough to get into. Better have some impressive grades and SAT scores

i got into penn state already... just waiting on the decisions from my other five and then I'll figure out what I'm gonna do.
1) notre dame
2) holy cross
3) gettysburg
4) scranton (looking for $ from them)
5) ramapo

good luck with princeton, a guy i know who aced the new SAT and has like 95+ in all his classes was deferred from there.
But then a guy with just above average SAT scores made it into Harvard from my school, pretty strange.

I've heard statistics where some really high percentage of students at prestigous universities have has parents that went there before them. Maybe his dad or mom went there? Anyways I don't remember exactly what the deal was but it was somethign really fishy like that, maybe someone knows an article about it or soemthing.

yea i know. i simply have it on there since its a close school and id commute there and go there for free (my brother did the same). I wouldnt have applied to scranton but hey let me do it for free so i said why not.

It's called alumni association benefits but it isn't loudly stressed to the public and usually happens if you are of the elite rich/very influential class. Our current US president George W. Bush was never a straight A, high scoring SAT guy and he went to Yale.
