what muscles are most powerfull for strength
becuase i dont think have big biceps account for strength....

in my opinion big bench, deadlift, and squat numbers mean much power

180 lbs
Bench: 315x1
Deadlift: 405 x 8, Back after two hamstring injuries
Squat: 315 x 7, Parallel.
Front Squat: 225 x 5, Almost ass to grass

I'd think it'd apply to each muscle~
Core possibley influencing every muscle abit, but largley triceps for punching and explosion power.
I'd have to agree with jack_of_all - it makes sense, considering it supports alot of muscles and is largley where the bonestructure interconnects.19, 79 kgs, 5'11

actually good punching power comes mostly from your core as well, not triceps. I think we can all pretty much say the all the muscles in your core (hips, legs, back, abs) are the most important if you want to be "powerful".
