Injury - Need Serious Help
Alright I don't want some noob telling me to cut my legs off or something.
W/O Today 12-30-05
Squats Bar x 10 100x6 105x5 105x4
Extension 100x6 105x5 105x4
Ham Curl 70x6 75x5 75x4
Calf Raise 95x10 120x6 125x5 125x4
Shrugs 95x10 125x6 130x5 130x4
I performed this w/o and on the 1st my legs were sore, and the following day they were sore/slighlty numb and today they are not sore, and just numb it covers the outtermost sides of the lower half of my legs (Knee Down and the tops of my foot, it also makes me incapable of moving my foot upward (if you know what Im talking about, the move is oppisite of a calf raise) I noticed it when I wanted to walk to the store, luckily I can still use my legs, but I was wondering if anyone knows what might have happened (in case this matters I rested the squat bar on the back of my neck but didn't have a pad) is this something serious or did I just strain something that's making my legs numb that I don't know about...thanks in advance - (I don't have money/medical for a doctor otherwise I'd have alread gone, but if it doesn't go away, I will go see one)
