    Ultima and water retention

    Anyone else experience this? I was on Green Mag with zero problems. I started taking Ultima and stopped GM because of the Creatine already in Ultima. Within a week and a half my stomach got distended. As you can see from my profile pic Im normally very lean...usually within 6-9% bf give or take. Just wondering if this is normal for the product.

    any chance u had unprotected sex around the same time u stopped GM and just started ultima?

    loving the responses so far, I never would have guessed I was pregnant. It has Trinitine in it. Can the omega guys perhaps shed some light on this?
