Nolva? There's not really a supp that can fight/cure gyno. I mean you could go out on a limb and say an AI could help, but I wouldn't chance that. Do you think you have gyno?

An AI is an aromatase Inhibitor. Like Gaspari's Novedex xt or halodrol LG's. AI's help control or lower estrogen by binding to certain receptors. I would love for someone who can really define this well to come in though. Also nolva is not an otc product.

are you sure you have gyno? I thought I did too but it turns out I just have a high percentage of bf in my chest. check under/around your nipples for a hard lump, if its there and if its sometimes irritated like itchy/painful then you have gyno, if you have lower bf try using a topical fat burner like avant labs naplam, that might help if its just fat. GL
