Im going to bulk up to 170lb by march and then probably up to 185lb-190lb by july. Then im going to cut down to about 7-8% body fat. Wish me luck.

Just about to finish a bulking phase. Right now I'm 5'7 155 w/ like a 17-18% BF. I wanna cut down to like 135-140 with like a 11% BF or lower if possible.

Too bad you don't have 1.5% bodyfat. If you did you'd be dead.

i measured 3 times to make sure it was accurate, my BF % is 1.5, right now i probably eat 500-100 cals a day. if you still don't believe it, that's your problem.
i am typing this, so i am clearly alive.

Using this:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/acc/fattrack.html
I followed the instructions perfect, why would I buy the thing then not know my BF%?
There's also how much water I consumed that day, that can effect it some what.

Laugh at how skinny I am? Eh, ok.

My plan is to stay lean, but not be as noticibly skinny, and I don't want to have too much mass. I'm more into lifting for health benefits, my (new, haven't started yet) diet is super healthy
EDIT: I'm not lying at all.

That is not 1.5% BF. Not even close, you're not even under 6% subcutaneous.

Yeah, the measuring device is totally wrong, it has to be! Because you said so right??
The device doesn't lie, it has no reason to, unlike you.

I wouldn't ask him for advice, he lost credibility when he said I'd currently be dead with 1.5 BF%.

You're nowhere close to 1.5%. I'd put you at 7%, learn to measure properly.
My goal is 200lbs under 10% bf. Doubt I'll make it, but shoot, you gotta try... I'll make 200, just doubt I can only gain 1-2% bf.
