Talking Jbodybuilder's Methyl XT, SUS500, and Drive Log

Welcome to my next log. This will be my first time trying Methyl XT and SUS500 so I'll be very excited to get this started. Hopefully I'll be able to provide some feedback to others about these two seldom logged products.

Before I get to the details of what I'll be using, I just want to say that I am not a doctor so that anything in this log that you use will be at your own risk. Posts are suggestions/opinions only. Consult your doctor before use of any supplement or before beginning any training routine. Always research PH sides and have supporting supplements and pct for them

Here's What I'll be Using as My Core Supplements
    SUS500 by G.E.T. - Days 1-45 @ 2-3 caps ed
Methyl XT by EST - Days 8-38 @ 2-3 caps ed
Drive by Applied Nutriceuticals - 2 caps preworkout or 2 caps morning off day
Reset AD by Palo Alto Labs - 1 morning, 1 evening

    Supporting Supps
    Hawthorn Berry
Now Foods Liver Detoxifier and Regenerator
    SAMe
    Labrada's EFA Gold
    *********** EForm (if needed)

    PCT

    Hyperdrol X2 by Anabolic Xtreme
    Retain 2 by Anabolic Xtreme
    Test Drive by EST
    EForm by ***********

    Preworkout
    Drive by Aplied Nutriceuticals
    No Xtreme by EST

    Intraworkout
    Size On by Gaspari Nutrition

    Post Workout
Torrent by Universal Nutrition - 3 scoops
GF Pro Raspberry Lemonade - 1 scoop

I think that is all for the supplements:-0

    The Workout

I'm going to try Art Atwood's approach of changing my workout every 2-3 weeks. The workout listed is the one I'll start with and as the log progresses, I'll gradually phase into a workout similar to Lee Priest's 5 day split.

    Day 1 - Chest, Midback, Traps, Tri's
Day 2 - Quads, Delts, Bis, Forearms
Day 3 - Upper Chest, Lats, Hams, Traps
    Day 4 - Off
Abs will be done every other day in the morning
    Workouts will be around 6:00PM

I'm currently using a Detox kit so it will be a few days before I get this cycle kicked off.

Thanks for subbing Bro! This should be a awesome stack. As far as pct, it is subject to change depending on sides and how my body feels when pct time comes. I'm very open minded to serms

Below are my first two workouts. Nothing too heavy, just getting back in the swing of things. My plans are to add 5-10lbs per workout to my compound/midrange movements to achieve 3 sets a 5 with my previous 5th set max from my previous log. For example, on squats I was doing:

    225 x 8
    245 x 5
    285 x 4
    300 x 2
    315 x 1

My goal will be to hit 315 with 3 sets of 5 but either way, I'm going back to pyramiding at the end of week 3 as I was in my previous log with hope of adding 20lbs+ to my 1 rep maxes.

    Day 1 Workout

Bench Press (Still going up the rack on this one)
    155 x 5
    175 x 5
    185 x 5
    205 x 2

    Cable Flies
    85 x 5
    85 x 5

    Dips
    BW x 5
    BW x 5

    Behind Neck Pulldowns
    135 - 3 sets 5

    Barbell Row
    260 - 3 sets 5

    Barbell Shrug
    250lbs - 3 sets 5

    Close Grip Bench
    180lbs - 3 sets 5

    Tricep Kickback
    20lbs - 1 set 5

    Day 2 Workout

    Squat
    250 x 5
    255 x 5
    260 x 5

    Leg Extension
    150 - 3 sets 6

    Military Press
    145 - 3 sets 5

    1 Arm Shoulder Raise
    17.5lbs - 2 sets 5

    Wide Grip Upright Rows
    145lbs - 3 sets 5

    Dumbbell Curl
    45lbs - 3 sets 5

    Incline Dumbbell Curls
    35lbs - 2 sets 5

    Concentration Curls
    35lbs - 2 sets 5

    Decline Wrist Curls
    65lbs - 2 sets 5

    Undergrip Decline Wrist Curls
    65lbs - 2 sets 5

For now I do them with other body parts. At around week 4-5, I'll start switch to a 5 day a week split and go back to the heavy weight.

Things seem to be going very well so far. The only side effect to note is that I'm more sleepy than normal Strength is going up at a steady pace. Also, I decided to run this like Solomon suggested for a 40 day cycle. So far, I've been running

    Methyl XT - 2 caps (1 morning, 1 8-10 hours later)
SUS500 - 3 caps ed - spread out throughout the day

Here is my workout from 1-23 and the one from yesterday.

    1-23

    Bench Press
    185lbs - 3 sets 5

    Cable Flies
    90lbs 3 sets 6

Just a few notes so far, Strength is increasing steadily. I'm developing some puffiness in the nipples so I've been using EForm and B-6 to combat it. There is only a very little soreness so I'm not afraid of any gyno or anything. Other than that, I've felt like crap for the last 3 days. I took today off from the gym and may go back tomorrow. I'll be updating soon.

I took my measurements and weight today and am very surprised. I'm already up 6lbs I speculate that some of it is probably water retention though. Here are my beginning numbers and current numbers.

    Arms - 15-7/8".............16-1/4"
    Forearm - 13-1/2".........13-3/4"
    Wrist - 7-1/2"...............7-5/8"
    Shoulders - 52".............52-1/2"
    Stomach - 33-3/4".........34"
    Waist - 34-1/4"..............34"
    Thigh - 27"....................27-1/4"
    Calf - 16-3/8"................16-1/2"
    Neck - 17".....................17-3/8
    Weight - 204lbs..............210lbs for a 6lb gain

These numbers has really changed my attitude for this cycle. I was getting a little disgusted with the lethargy and puffy nipples but I'm willing to suffer a little if the gains are there

Thanks to everyone that is following. Sorry I quit posting there for a few days but I'm back on track now and will be posting regularly.

If anyone has any questions, hit me up.
