Well I took a plunge into the beer and home made food over the holidays. I went from 209 to 218. I also took 2 weeks off from working out since I was back in Nodak. I got my morning run in this morning and I am back to lifting tonite, I feel better already.
Anyone top 9 lbs

I have a good feeling this 9 lbs will be gone in close to 9 days too. Being water weight and bloated all week. Even if it takes 2 weeks so be it

God knows. I'm scared to weigh myself. I am visibly fatter than I was 2-3 weeks ago. I don't think I'll weigh myself for another couple of weeks after I go back onto my proper diet.

Now is the time to weigh yourself, That way you find out what not training and eating what you want does to you. Learn from your body and know how it reacts to certain things.
Thats the way I look at it anyway

15 so far, god damn this is the best bulk i've ever had so far!!!!
gotta love comming off a supercut which gives you a quick 5 in muscle glycogen and water retention
then the creatine was good for another 4-6, and I'm growing like a baby silverback on celltech
always bulk over winter jeez

I have been gone a while though. Great job on holding your holiday gain to 9 pounds, I think 15 is customary for Nord' Dakodans (heh )....

Stopped all workouts for two weeks and ate all kinds of bad sh*t (chocolates, candy, home made foods, ice cream, AND EVEN MCDONALDS).... I dont think I even gained a lbs, although I feel like I have, the scale says I haven't. Anyway, I got back on my diet as of this morning, and will continue my workout routine tonight after work.

Didn't gain anything, but I was home for less than 24 hours and only ate 2 meals of Christmas food.

After going off my diet and taking a couple weeks off from lifting, I have lost 7lbs. I always lose weight around the holidays

Must be nice to have a fast metobolism, haha.
I was in the bar every night, which Beefgut knows thats all there is to do in Nodak, lol.
I feel like I have lost all of my weight already just from eating clean again for one day.
I am hitting it hard for the next 6 months with proper nutrition and only drinking once every 2 weeks which I have never done before.
Good luck to me, tomorrow is my first day quiting chewing too, Last year I made it 6 months. Hope to make it 12 this time. Limiting Booze should help alot on that one.
