Ideal Height
If you could choose your ideal height what would it be?
I would say 6ft2 - 3

I'm (according to yesterdays reading) 6"2 2/3 so I'd happily have an inch on that. 6"4 would be mine.

In relation to what? Women, bodybuilding, buying a car?
It varies.

Not specific enough I'm afraid.
5'4 and what?
Is this ideal height in life? I don't understand. Every person will be brought up in different conditions where being taller/shorter could have advantages.
The OP isn't clear enough. ;[

I'm not unhappy about my current height, but I'd love to be 6'4'' or 6'5''.

ideal is 5'9-5'11ish, or perhaps on a wider scale 5'8-6'0, although it depends on your environment. Eskimos are shorter because they need small bodies to conserve heat. So, it's hard to say what the ideal height is, since there is not much of a need for functional bodies in our society. Health issues should be of most concern then. Those of extreme height and shortness are befallen by health risks more often. From an economic perspective it also makes sense not to idealize a large body as it costs more money to feed, to clothe, to house etc.
average is best. That's why it's the average...
