Angry Fast gains for the little guy

I started of as a Pro x country cyclist at 135 lbs real lean. I than hit a point I could not race any more. On July 10 2005 on a training ride I was stuck head on by a car drifted into my lane. I was left with a broken ankle and severe damage to the tendents... I am still on the waiting list to have the 2 screws removed from it. To make this long story short I have hit the gym hard for the last 4 months working the waist up. I have hit the 180lbs mark. I have been gaining about 10lbs per month and still growing. My chest workouts started at about 60lbs(dumbbells) and now I am throwing around 100lbs(dumbbells). I am now thinking about trying creatine to see how that works. This has all been done naturaly. Before I raced I was 165lbs lean and lifted offten I had to work hard to keep my mass at 135lbs to climb the hill faster. I plan on up dating this with a detailed lay out of what I did in the gym and in the kitchen. I am open to any feedback on what I am posting. I hope to be at near or around 200lbs. It seems to me that I gain rather fast(muscle/strenght) I can hear the gym rats talking behind my back saying he must be on the juice. But they stand around and talk, I listen to what they say and it makes me mad so I take it out on the weights and make gains.

talked enough its nap time for me now

This is a little back ground on me and the how and why I am doing what I do in the gym.

I grew up on a farm eating the standard farm boy food MEAT and POTATOES and lots of dairy. I have always been a big eater seconds were a must at every meal. When I was 15 or 16 we had a weight training class at high school and thought that was perfect for me. At that time I weighed in at around 150 natually lean at 5 foot 10.5(I stoped gorwing in height at the age) The class was great I learned the basic moves and proper form. That showed me that if I worked hard I could make myself look more like the person I wanted to be.
My friends started racing cross country bikes and I some how got roped onto that as well. Turns out I was good at that but the weight I was putting pn in the gym was not helping me on the long climbs so I had to change things. I got my weight down to 145lbs and 135lbs for wolrd cup level races. I have been in and out of gyms in my off seasons. But the one thing that has always stuck with me. I found an issue of flex at the gym and read it as I worked out( latest issue of flex 1998). I was so into I smuggled it into my gym bag and took it home. In it was a section called MY FIRST 20 POUNDS by Kevin Levrone it was pretty basic but it was the food part that has worked for me. He said in his first year he ate everything. Junk food like burgers... helped him pack in the calories and pack on the pounds. So now that I cant race(because of the car accident I was in talked about in my first post above) I have for the last 4 months let my body do what it has wanted to do since my first date with a free weght. I have made some fast gains and thats
been thanks to eat a Mc fat diet and lots sleep/naps oh and the pain I go through in the gym. I want to hit 200lbs that was my goal at first but now that seems to easy. My ankle does not work yet but, once I can do leg workouts again that will agan add some more weight fast. I have gained some fat but not much I still look pretty ripped. Everyone talks about genes and how your some type of fast or slow twich combo. I have done the extreme endurence thing with no problem and now build mass so I think it has more to do with whats in your head, I dont give up and I know I can make my body do anything I want it to.

I will finish off with a qoute I love " You must challenge yourself physically and mentally, as we no longer have to hunt for food or do battle to survive, the human spirot still needs a challenge. I get my challenges through my sport"
P.S. I still have that 1998 issue of flex
