depends what day it is. I'm usually pretty tired after any workout, enough for me to just sit around and eat and the occasional sleepiness. But after leg day i feel like the world is about to end and I'm just going to bend over, hurl, and faint. It never happens of course, I have a generally strong stomach, and few minutes rest usually helps as well.

I go to the gym at 8' in the evening. So when I come back, I eat, study some ****, and then fall to sleep. If you go rather late to the gym, then you don't need to have energy for the rest of the day!
“The greater the difficulty, the more the glory in surmounting it.”
