    depends what day it is. I'm usually pretty tired after any workout, enough for me to just sit around and eat and the occasional sleepiness. But after leg day i feel like the world is about to end and I'm just going to bend over, hurl, and faint. It never happens of course, I have a generally strong stomach, and few minutes rest usually helps as well.

    i don't get tired after lifting workouts which makes me think i'm not doing enough. but i'm doing 3x5 squats, standing rows, pull ups, bench press one day and 3x5 pulls up, power clean, deadlift, military press the next.

    Maybe i should do all the exercises on the same day and just repeat it? :S

    depends what the session is. most i feel ok after. i mean i feel like i;ve worked but its not affecting me too much.

    legs on the other hand....well i think i get a short glimpse of what hell is like.

    I usually always have a nice power nap after a good workout and a nice supper. :P It's absolutely horrible on days I do high rep deadlifting. 32 of 313 puts me out good.

    Just eat a ****load of food, that'll wake you right up. Try getting some simple carbs in during the course of your workout, it'll help a lot as well.

    I'm usually tired, but still a bit wired from the pre-train supplement. After a few minutes I feel the urge to puke, but don't... usually. Then get really sleepy about an hour after I train.

    I workout usually at 9am. get done at 10:30. (I take 2 minute breaks and alot of bathroom breaks) I'm pretty much half dead after my workouts. Atleast on Leg and Chest day. It affects my entire days. feelsokayman
