depends what day it is. I'm usually pretty tired after any workout, enough for me to just sit around and eat and the occasional sleepiness. But after leg day i feel like the world is about to end and I'm just going to bend over, hurl, and faint. It never happens of course, I have a generally strong stomach, and few minutes rest usually helps as well.
i'm really tired, and want to go to sleep. so, it kinda affects the rest of my afternoon/night,
i don't get tired after lifting workouts which makes me think i'm not doing enough. but i'm doing 3x5 squats, standing rows, pull ups, bench press one day and 3x5 pulls up, power clean, deadlift, military press the next.
Maybe i should do all the exercises on the same day and just repeat it? :S
I workout usually at 9am. get done at 10:30. (I take 2 minute breaks and alot of bathroom breaks) I'm pretty much half dead after my workouts. Atleast on Leg and Chest day. It affects my entire days. feelsokayman
