So I did a shoulders workout yesterday mixed compound with isolation exercises and i feel DOMS in my triceps. Any ideas why ??

Form issues? Also some movements just happen to hit triceps too, indirectly, especially compounds. So maybe those movements were new to your triceps and as your body adapts to the new stimulus DOMS should go away. If it's a form issue than work on that.
