Five-nine,207 lb.,47'' chest(48.5'' expanded),40'' waist,18.5'' biceps at 55.
At 55,I'm 5'9'',207 lb.,and I possess a 47'' chest(48.5'' chest expanded),
a 40'' waist and 18.5'' biceps.Do I have a rather strange physique(I'm NOT a
work-out buff),and how should I lose about six inches from my middle?
(I'm a Type Two Diabetic.)Also,boys,about how much should I weigh,given my

mine are 12.75 unflexed and 14 and a bit inches flexed..... i know tiny, i want 16-17 inch flexed as 15 inch unflexed would satisfy me. However when i get there ill want 20 inch and so on lol

18 years old. lifting for about 6 months. Im 5'7" and weigh 150 lbs. My bf is 9%. Arms are 14.5'. I've put on .25 inches in the past 6 weeks or so. any advice?

jeez this makes me feel tiny. my biceps have always been lacking comparitively but i still thot my 13 1/4's were decent at least.. makes me wanna hit the weights now

Had a personal trainer at the gym measure my arms 2 days back before my workout unflexed... was 17 5/6 inches... I am 22 yo, 6'2", 215 pounds, 11.8% body fat as of today, been working out sense I was 16, used a few different prohormones. My goal is 18.5 inches... wanna be as big as the rock.
