I was wondering if anyone has any good tips on getting a fast body pump. Not necessarily full body, but like, upper body and back. I was thinking full depth pushups superset with serratus pushups then handstand pushups. The reason is I don't have access to weights while on vacation, and Im in a beach area and well yo uknow.. you want the 'full' pump effect look on the beach. Hence my bodyweight exercises. So, bodyweight pump routines, exercises, eetc... Please post them here. Thanks
