I'll pay my taxes on earnings. I'm not worried about anyone coming after my money hundreds of these companies are around with thousands of members, no way PARTICIPANTS are going to get in trouble. I'm just a passive participant, nothing more, I don't get referrals now(i was gonna try but decided legally it wasn't a good idea). Definitely a good read. Though as the author indicated, it was just one of many ways to create wealth. I'd like to read his write ups on other ways. This article kinda makes ya want to pursue programming a little bit...
If nothing else, the advice to choose the harder of any two decisions will be advice that I will implement immediately.I was a broke, small guy with low self-esteem. I hated every bit of those weaknesses. The adage "You need money to make money is true."
But nowhere does it specify you need to save your own money to make money.
Loans, investors, venture capitalists will all lend money or put money into a great idea in order to make an expected profit. You can leverage THEIR money in order to make your own. You don't need to use your own money.
In fact, that is what this article is about. If you don't have the great idea involved in the start up, give money to the start up to get it off the ground. Then you'll take a share of the returns.
That's the basis of small cap investments or helping companies go public or even helping build a small business that has a good business plan.
