run a search for "total gym"
It's a joke, machines DO NOT cut you, DIET cuts you
Muscle mass helps you cut by burning calories
IE, Build muscle mass and it will help you stay lean in the future
HINT: Total Gym DOES NOT build muscle mass.

Those things are overpriced junk. If you've got the $1,000-$1,500 they want for one of those, just spend your money on something like this:

    http://www.newyorkbarbells.com/4360.html

Add a 300lb Olympic weight set (~$130, buy locally to avoid shipping charges), and a pair of Olympic dumbbell handles (~$60), and a stack of 5lb and 10lb plates to use with the DBs (~ 40 cents per lb).

There, you have now spent your $1,000, but you have yourself a home gym that isn't an overpriced piece of junk.
