If you are looking for high protein, low fat and cholesterol, turkey seems pretty good.

i don't understand your chart - your percentages don't add up to anything even near 100% and meat contains virtually no carbohydrate.

I love eye of round, top sirloin but beef tends to make me feel kinda "bloated" so i tend to stick with turkey and chicken boobies.

I've eaten horse. I've also eaten python, zebra, ostrich, monkey, crocodile, and a few other weird animals. There's a place outside of Nairobi, Kenya called Carnivores that grills all kinds of meat. I didn't like just about any of it

Actually, swimming has been proven to be less effective for fat burning than a lot of other exercises. For empirical proof just look at female Olympic swimmers vs. female Olympic runners.

That is a very vague question. In general, seafood is very good for you, but it depends on the cuts of meat, type of fish, how it was cooked etc. Just learn what is good and bad, then apply that knowledge to everything you instead of asking individually what is good and what isn't imo.

Depends of the type, if you were eating Sashimi, then yes. This is essentially just cuts of fish, no rice. Nothing is damaged in the cooking process, it's very good for you.

Again, too vague of a question. That's like asking which is better, blue or red. It depends on the situation, how they're cooked, what cuts they are, what your calorie/macro-nutrient needs are etc. lol
