Hi all, Ive been training for about 1 and half years now and i stopped training in november, Before i stopped i was making impressive gains, now i have stopped i have lost a good couple of pounds wich includes muscle and bodyfat..I am starting training back in January..I was wondering how hard it will be to put the weight back on that i have lost and to get back into shape without putting body fat on...people tell me about muscle memory...can anyone help me with this?
