Note i said Treat and NOT Cheat
Foods which are a valid part of your nutritional program but not what you would eat everyday.
For me, it's Prawns/Shrimp ! Cost prevents me from eating everyday but once a week i buy a heap and that's my treat protein source for that day.

Anything my wife bakes, LOL. It's all low carb, no sugar, usually made with almond flour and whey etc. Everything from cheesecake to brownies. Love it all!
