New member - An introduction
Hello everyone, i'm new here. I'm a 22 year old male from Bombay, India. I started working out since January 2003 but i was never regular and hence i've gained just 1.5 inches of mass (arms).
I now have weights of my own and i workout at home, regularily. Been exercising regularily since October 2004 and i'm kinda happy with the little gains that i see.
That's it for now, i'm glad to be a member of this forum.
