You can buy a gun. You have a waiting period just incase you are enraged or not in your right frame of mind or some **** before you can get the gun. You can carry it concealed if you take a course and pass, but you can't take it into bars. otherwise, you can just keep it at home or walk round with it on your hip I guess (no-one does this).

we are allowed in Australia locked up at all times. it's pretty strick. hunters and sportsmen alike have undergone stringent licensing and are spot checked randomly to make sure they do lock them up every so often. the thing is, we do not have the rnage of guns that you guys would. it's mainly rifles and handguns are very limited and mostly found on the black market for the crims. not easy to come by unless you know the right (wrong) people i guess.

What if the attacker has a knife?....they would still need protecting. Also, guns and bullets were invented and nobody can take that back. Even if you ban them.....criminals don't follow the laws so what would that solve?
