doing the cut diet(lifestyle)
today(5am) did chest
incline bb-205x6-225x6-225-4-235x5
wider grip bb--225x6-225x5-235x4-205x8(2nd pause)
dips with weight-70x15-70x14-70x15-45x8
incline flye 40x9-45x8-45x8
superset with low cable-70x10-60x13-60x13
low intensity cardio at 3.5 for 30 minutes.
tuesday will be back day (may go back tonight to do legs since i will be doing legs twice a week.)
