Tank, do you think that GMS could help with back pumps during androgen cycles ?

IMO, Taurine and GMS could be a solid combo to eliminate back pumps with potassium.

At 120 servings is it safe to assume that it has about 800grams of GMS? If thats the case bro its a great price cause buying it in bulk at 1000 grams costs about 29.99.

Only problem I see with this is that unfortunately GMS works great but tolerance builds extremely quick. I have noticed that with GMS it is an amazing cell volumizer at first, then not so much. I guess I have grown to dislike it since it leaves you pissing like a race horse for up to two hours after your workout which may be very unconvenient and uncomfortable. I would think a product like this would be used best if taken only 2-3 times a week. I myself have limited myself to gly only on big lifting days, say for example - legs. Good luck with this product.

From what I have read on google GMS gives you that tight look? Is there any other benefits from taking GMS and why is it banned by the NCAA? Only reasoning i can come up with is the skin tight look is because it takes the water out of you. Can someone help me on this? MEOW!

I agree on the tolerance issue. I have to keep my Thunder cycles to 4 weeks tops or the strength gains quickly taper off.

so from the words i can make out in the warning label you have to drink tons of water?

and of course the age warning on this is? and how umm important is it? (the age thing would it be more of a company label warning or a ingredient warning?)

United States and International Olympic Committee position on the use of glycerol

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) added diuretics to its list of banned substances in 1986. This is fine, because the use of diuretics is detrimental to the maintenance of fluid homeostasis. Moreover, the use of diuretics is known to decrease the concentration of the urinary markers used to detect abuse of anabolic steroids or other banned ergogenic aids. Glycerol was formerly classified as a diuretic agent by the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), but not by the IOC (13). Such a classification by the USOC was based on the clinical use of glycerol as an osmotic tissue dehydrator. However, glycerol causes minimal diuresis, as only 20% of the intake is excreted by the kidney in urine during rest conditions (13). The remainder is metabolized in the liver and kidney tissue. Indeed, since 1997, the USOC has removed the ban on glycerol and has approved the use of glycerol ingestion by athletes in USOC-sanctioned events.
