I'm 18 years old, weigh 180lbs 5'9, and my max bench 1 rep is 285lbs (or maybe a little over?). I can do 245lbs about 5-6 times. I don't take anything; no creatine, not even protein. The energy I take is from the food I eat daily. I can do 60lb bicep curls, if that makes any difference.
The only thing I need is to bulk up my triceps, they aren't big at all. Does anyone have a good technique I can use??
Thanks

Why are you all posting like jealous ****s?? If you're any kind of "professional" health advisors, you'd know that giving your current strengths/weight status is MANDATORY, so that you may give tips according to those stats. I think I do pretty damn well compared to you creatine guzzling cows
edit: yeah, I used to do 300lbs when I signed up, but I took some time off. now i'm back to 285

Is it always like this on the forums?
"Oh, Im bigger"
"No your not.. I used to do.."
Come on, Your all better then that, If there is anything I have learned in life, Is that there is no such thing as "Bragging", As it means a totally different thing to each and every person.
Well done Paul on your reps, Its great that you know how much you are doing, As that is the only way you can further yourself.
As for the rest of you, Bragging or not, A little encouragement goes a long way. Does it really matter if it may seem as if he is Bragging? Wouldnt the best thing to do, Would be to give him a little shove,
"Oh, Wow 285lb, Have you tried some 290lb's yet?"
^^Oh God! That sound like a rant lmao.
