is it alright to eat pasta as a source of carbs? i need to stay under 120g. can i have a plate of pasta as a pre workout meal/ i useally have a banana.

i woudn't eat them every day, even whole wheat pasta is really starchy. just go with a sweet potato, and a cup of brown rice. that should be around 120 grams of carbs.
