For example, on chest/Bi's day I go:
Bench (chest)
DB Curls (bi's)
DB Bench (chest)
Reverse Curls (bi's)
Machine Flyes (chest)
Chin ups (bi's)
And I separate the muscle groups by an exercise so that I can lift more, but I see a lot of people in my gym go all chest and then all bi's:
Bench
DB Bench
Flyes
BD Curls
Reverse Curls
Chins
Which way is the most effective?

What order do you do the exercises in?

in my opinion it all depends on the individual. me personally I always start with the largest muscle im working that day.If I were using your workout I'd start off with chest, but not necessarily do the ENTIRE chest before any biceps. I'll do flat bench, then prolly incline dumbbells, then maybe do two bicep workouts, then finish with another chest workout. It helps let those muscles recover before you work them agian.

I have a split routine. A four day split:
Chest/Bi's
Legs
Back/Tri's
Shoulders/Traps
I don't want advice on my routine, just the order it's in.
Yeah, me too, that's not what I was asking.
I'm want to know, for hypertrophy purposes, if I should run the muscles groups exercises together or separate them. I see so many big guys at my gym running them together that I'm wondering if it's a better idea, even if I won't be able to lift as much for the last few sets.

Thats basically what Ive been doing for the last few weeks...
my thoughts were by alternating exercises for two muscle groups that you will be able to lift higher thus increasing muscle growth stimulus....I believe its the same/similar principles Charles Staley follows with his EDTrisk nothing, gain nothing

Fcuk off mate. That's not Rippetoes: he didn't mention
How many reps
How many times a week to do it
Chins and dips aren't part of the real rippetoes program
AND he forgot the most important part of ripptoes: progressive overload.
All he mentioned was a few exercises in the same order as Rippetoes.
If you dumb-fcuk teens think that the fundamental principle behind Rippetoes is compound movements then don't talk to me anymore.

You're joking, right? I did Rippetoes when I was a beginner. It's not the perfect routine when you've been lifting for 2 years. The teen section is full of dickheads who just say "clean bulk," "rippetoes," "compound, not iso," without even reading the posts or even thinking about what they're saying.
And you mentioned a series of exercises, you did not mention Rippetoes. Then you negged me for arguing with you. Grow a dick, mate.
