    Half crunches safe for lower back?

    Hi guys, just want to know that, are half crunches safe for lower back. I had slip disc 1 years back, but now i'm fit and i have start working out and want to reduce this belly. I do planks, scissors, bridges and half crunches.

    You can't spot reduce fat.

    You'll need to do far more than just abs exercises to have any appreciable effect. Diet will be your biggest factor.
