My question is....that right now I'm in my off season so only weight training and no cardio...my water intake for the day is usally only 1-2 litres per day....I know that once I start up with my cardio and the more it increases the more the water will also increase....but for right now is 1-2 ltrs per day enough when I'm only weight training?

IMO, you need more water. Your current water intake doesn't seem like enough for someone who is training hard in the off season. I would venture to say that you are using most of your water in your workout. As a loose rule, most women who workout should consume at least 1 gallon of water and men up to 2 gallons/day.
Look at the fat burning opportunity too. Competitors will drink water with ice all year long, yes even in the winter because your body burns more calories trying to warm up. Sure you are in the off season and possibly trying to bulk up but your metabolism should always be of some focus. Hope all of this helps.

Yes, drink at the least 128oz of water daily...
I personalyl drink 1-1.5 gallons of water.....plus if you have trouble drinking your water, try using a straw...it will help down it faster.
And don't listen to anyone who trys to tell you that you will hurt yourself by drinking so much water. It takes at least 15 liters of water to shut down your kidneys."An invincible determination can accomplish almost anything and in this lies the great distinction between great men and little men."
