Probiotics- which one?
Okay, excuse the bluntness but I fart like a man. A big manly man. Can't help it but I do. Which one of these supps is better to help anyone that is within a 5 mile radius--
Natrol Biobeads
OR
Gut Health
Any and all options welcome-- also state reasons, too!
Thanks!

Why limit yourself to those two?
Probiotics may not even help the situation, depending what is causing the gas.

In the research I have done, it seems those are the two most popular and the best. The gas (& bloat sometimes) is from the high volume of protein I take in daily. I am open to others- what do you suggest?

There are other probiotics that are good too such as Renew Life's, Garden of Life's, and NOW's. I'm using Renew Life's currently and have noticed a difference over the other probiotics I've taken.
Also, consider adding digestive enzymes to take with your larger meals.

You're going to want two things. The first would be a digestive enzyme, and the second a probiotic.
For the digestive enzyme, I like http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/super.html
For the probiotic, I like Udo's Choice Super 8, and Garden of Life Primal Defense

Does it list somewhere how much acidophilus is actually in this product? Since its called FOS, I would assume it contains more FOS than probiotics?
