Or his re-debut. Technically his first match in WWF was on Raw in 97-98 I believe when they were starting up the Lightweight division but I don't believe he was officially signed. He wasn't a big name then that's for sure. Anyway, his debut match after his big ECW run. I've always loved this match, made Tajiri look like a badass.
This is one of those things that makes me long for the days of yore. The amount of noise during this match is staggering compared to midcard matches these days.
I remember the "Ooooooohhh!" the crowd made when Tajiri hit his first kick!
Edit: And Regal can sell ANYTHING/ONE just by his facial expressions!

lol i remember Regal's face particularly when Jericho 'pissed' in his tea, it was amazing. i have a friend (old WWF fan) who always does that facial expression when he eats something that tastes like ****, it's hilarious. what about the time Regal kissed Vince's ass? lol

My stack:
ON Gold standard whey.
ON Creapure creatine
ON L-glutamine 1000 caps
ON Size-on (for night time)
GNC Amino burst 3000
so you're saying Brian Christopher and Scott Putski werent as exciting as Malenko and Guerrero
(poorly)
They did have some very exciting matches though in early 97 when they brought in guys like Tajiri and AAA guys.
edit: not to mention the match you were referring to @ Canadian Stampede with Sasuke and Taka. Awesome match right there I would put up against any WCW cruiserweight match.

Taka vs. Aguila for the LHW belt at Wrestlemania was pretty good too.
