this is me a couple of months ago before i started bulking.im 5 foot 8 in this picture and 145 pds.Right now im 155 pds and still bulking.Tell me what you think.

you look ok, I mean you've got good cuts and all but your tris are way out of proportion, you look like you focus far too much on bench. From what I can see you need to work on your bis, definately your forearms, delts and also your traps, that is if you want to bring the rest of your body up to speed with your tris.

well, if you havent noticed im flexing my triceps in the picture.this is why the look so out of perportion.my bi's are big too but im not flexing them at all.if i had my shirt off with a current pic you'd see otherwise. (also im bulking now, there i am skinny, and yes, i am that veiny all the time, so im trying to get to 165 - 170 ish)
