Water Weight??
I started bulking about a week ago, and I was 170ish, but I just weighed myself this morning and it said I was 178. You think most of that is just water weight? I have been eating roughly 2700-3000 cals a day. I know when you start a diet it is common for you to loose like 10lbs in the first week, but most of it is water weight, so does it work the same way when you are trying to gain weight/muscle?

have you been working heavy weights alot? and what was your cal intake before you started bulking
it may just be water weight. unless you take a needle in you ass every Sunday and Wednesday, its a little hard to go up that much muscle weight in just a week

I did 3 full body workouts this week. Mon-Wed-Fri. I also did cardio in between.
My cal intake before was like 2400ish maybe a little less.
