big shoulders question?
does weights affect the way your shoulders looks i mean, i'm rip but my shoulders doesn't look big and rip when i'm not flexing...i see some big guys shoulders look good without flexing....

Wow. You need to gain muscle if you want them to look bigger. It's not rocket science man.

you have to work on the frame you have, and at your weight you wouldnt have very broad shoulders naturally. by adding mass to your shoulders you can help to correct this.

eat like a cow every 3 hours, do only compounds.. squats,deads,press,bench press,barbell rows,dips,pull ups..
thats all u need right now.. then when ur 160 u can do curls and isos

i recommend you do not make anymore threads about what you need do do to grow muscle and RIGHT NOW step away from your computer and walk over to the kitchen and eat until you feel like you're gonna burst and then eat some more on top of that. I can see that this kind of stuff will do you good. Growing is seriously all eating and diet, training is a supplement to your diet. Go find me a guy that grew on a small diet and i'll give you 10lbs of my muscle.
