it's hard to guess food proportions. anyways, you got carbs down, you really need some protein though. drink some milk.

I'm skinny as hell as this is what I've had so far:
Morning: 2 tuna sandwiches, 1 apple, 1 whey protein shake 2 scoops with oats full fat milk
Afternoon: Steak with pasta, peas, beetroot, potatoes
Evening: Full cheese pizza, whey shake (same as morning w/ oats)
Just before: 2 weetabix with full fat milk, 1 banana, 1 apple and now I'm gonna snack on stuff cause I'm starving, and 1 more shake before bed

Seems like you are getting a decent amount of protein from natural food sources which is always good, but you should consider adding a whey protein supplement and a multivitamin.

I'm worried I'm not getting enough protein or calories tbh. Today:
Mix of 3 cups oats and 5 cups milk
Glutamine
300ml whey protein mix
Chicken steak with 2 cups of rice and peas
500ml protein shake mix
Tin of tuna, pasta and chopped tomatoes
2 peanut butter sandwiches on brown bread

Good thinking. Repped.
As for the calories, The packet is obviously the best place to start but if that's not good, google the different foods under 'calories in corn on the cob' for example.
