so i got a problem with a few lifts that really hurt, not like ERR muscle tension hurt...i mean like a sharp, nerve or joint pain
here they are
dumbell flys- left shoulder area as im reaching negative part of the lift
leg press- upper hamstring, almost at the base of the @$$ as im reaching slightly more than parallel
dips- sharp pain in upper abdomen/ lower chest when at the bottom of the dip
