    Front squats are even more effective.

    Front squatting might help you...or a machine hack squat.

    i approve of various squat exercises and leg extension as a good auxiliary exercise. also leg curls for some reason make my quads stick out more. i guess its cause both groups take up more space in your leg when they grow causing them to bulge out more

    yep u still fail at having the tear drop, because the tear drop is not PRIMARILY obtained through compound movements, but rather isolation movements overcharging the threshold of the vastus medialis.

    My Vastus Medialis are more developed than my outer quads.

    I think this is because I squat mostly with short stance, do front squats often, I also use to bike ride too and from gym 3 times a week.
