I've seen your posts for a couple of years now and would still put you in the Top 5 of best physiques on this forum. The total package from upper to lower body, you have some of the best muscle and conditioning I've ever seen on anyone. The fact that you're under 18 makes it mind-boggling.
Glad to see you still post here. I am assuming you still play football, are not interested at present time in competing, and continue to build your mind as well as your body. You must be a very disciplined and dedicated young man to have accomplished this kind of muscle mass and density at such a young age.
I'm always interested in seeing your progress. Can't say enough or think of enough positive comments to describe your continued progress. You're a beast, man. Keep pumping and keep posting. You're in a class all by yourself. Excellent progress.

I have to agree with Caj. Yours is one of the finest bodies in, besides it have become thick, hard, big, i think you have a great future in BB if ever want to compete..if i were you i would try myself in any comp next year! I think is time for you to post full body pics!

Thanks for the comments. I realize that this is all one big process and that it becomes a bit discouraging for people to just see a current picture and assume that it's only genetics or some other factor. I hope that with this thread, people see that muscle don't develop overnight.

That is a full-body of me at 16; it is the only full-body I have at the moment.

Damn you got some monster quads for your age at 14. I am sure they are alot bigger now. Keep up the good work. I wish I had started when I was your age.

In the latest pics your physique looks unbelievable -- national level competitive quality -- but the pic quality sucks so bad it's almost hard to post intelligent comments. Can you get better pics, more like the full body 16-yr old pic? How about a variety of poses, front and back biceps, etc. instead of all those sort-of-most-muscular poses?

Any plans to compete? Looks like you have amazing potential. Plenty of guys twice your age with the same number of years training as you are old don`t look as good. No doubt you would place or win if you cut just a bit for a competition right now.

maxallen: When I get back to roughly 215 again, I'm going to get some better pictures. Usually I just take most-muscular poses (or a slight variation) just because I have always done them and I can track my progress more easily).
goal220: I don't plan on competing in the immediate future because of a few changes in my life (school, college, etc.). However, I haven't ruled out competing entirely.

Run a search on my posts and you can find my routines throughout the process...
The only supplements I take are whey protein and creatine.

I'm going to try to get some digital pictures in the near future. I just need to find someone to take them - too bad I don't have a camera with a timer!

Man, you could take pictures out of focus and they'd still put most of us to shame. As I said earlier, there aren't enough positive adjectives to describe the work you've done. We've been bragging on the chest, abs, and biceps for years, but those quads prove that you've got the total package. Those legs are HUGE.
It's good to see you back here posting again. I can't imagine the shape you'll be in by the time you hit mid-twenties. Be proud - the hard work, discipline, and dedication has paid off. You look unbelievable, man. Excellent job.

A couple of questions:
1. Do you have to eat as many calories today as you did a year or two ago? I mean, does your body eventually adjust to the high protein intake to where you don't have to be as rigid with the amount of calories and protein intake?
2. How has your metabolism changed over the years. Do you find it easier to burn fat and/or maintain your mass?
3. Have you completely accepted all you do - as far as working out and nutrician - as daily routine, or do you go through periods where you want to eat everything in site and skip the gym for a month. I guess I'm just wondering if cravings and laziness ever go away. lol.
4. Do you still get excited about gains and improvements - or even a new lifting max - or is it all just another step on the ladder at this point?
finally
5. Did bodybuilding allow you to accomplish things on the football field that you thought you'd never do? It certainly must have helped.
