    Hi cal pre/post workout drink - soybean oil

    I'm bulking.
    I got some soybean oil becuase its 140 cals/TBs.
    I was thinking of taking about 4 TBs a day with post workout drinks

    Is that good or bad? If it's high in fat, wouldn't that be good for someone on a superdrol cycle? (which I'm not. . . yet)

    Sounds like it would be awful for protein absorption. For your Post-Wo it is important that you get in whey and some sort of carbs and thats it. Save the oil for 1 hours after your shake.

    I would not even try to take soybean oil unless it is caped my gag reflex would go nuts, the Dextrose is the way I would go.

    Why? Just for the fat and cals? It doesn't seem like there are any other nutrients in it... and is it hydrogenated? Cause then your getting into trans fats as well.. sounds like a Big Mac might be healthier and at least there'd be some protein

    It's not hydrogenated, but 1 TBs = 22% daily fat intake

    I might return it since its unopened.
