I'm bulking.
I got some soybean oil becuase its 140 cals/TBs.
I was thinking of taking about 4 TBs a day with post workout drinks
Is that good or bad? If it's high in fat, wouldn't that be good for someone on a superdrol cycle? (which I'm not. . . yet)

Why? Just for the fat and cals? It doesn't seem like there are any other nutrients in it... and is it hydrogenated? Cause then your getting into trans fats as well.. sounds like a Big Mac might be healthier and at least there'd be some protein
