    dumbbell flys, feels like bicep is holding the weight

    whenever im doing incline dumbbell flys, my left bicep feels like its supporting the weight , rather than my left pec, am i using too much weight? wrong form? what?

    Keep a bend in your arm or use lighter weight

    oh, i just thought that my lower pecs were that weak.

    so its probably not a good idea to try to use as much weight to DB fly as it is to say, incline DB press?
