Take them with your meal. Some vitamins are fat soluble, so make sure you get some fats in your meal, and it doesn't matter if you take them 30 seconds before, right in the middle, or 30 seconds after your meal. Be spontaneous and switch it up every day just for the thrill of it.
A noble spirit embiggens the smallest man.
"Out of damp and gloomy days, out of solitude, out of loveless words directed at us, conclusions grow up in us like fungus: one morning they are there, we know not how, and they gaze upon us, morose and gray. Woe to the thinker who is not the gardener but only the soil of the plants that grow in him."

Always with a meal. It makes sense.
The first rule of cheat club is you do not talk about cheat club. The second rule of cheat club is you DO NOT talk about cheat club. Third rule of cheat cub, someone yells stop!, goes limp, taps out, the cheat is over. Fourth rule, one cheat at a time, fellas. Fifth rule, cheats will go on as long as they have to. And the sixth and final rule, if this is your first night at cheat club, you have to cheat.

Maybe the multi and the vit c take in the morning but spread the others throughout the day. There may be absorption issues with respect to taking them all at once. Calcium, for one thing, blocks the absorption of other nutrients.

I usually split them up and take them mid-way through the meal.
Meal 1, I have my cod liver and flaxseed oil tabs and a multi-vit; Meal 5, another multi-vit; Meal 7, iron and high-strength vit C.
I usually try to drink 2 to 3 pints of milk a day, on top of what I have in, for example, making up oatmeal. I just find it easier that way, although I have to have a high intake of iron as I appear to be naturally inclined towards anaemia.
I think spreading them out is a better idea than just taking them all at once, though. It just seems to make more sense.Viking to the core.
Fark yew.

I would findout what they are. Certain vitamins really effect the absorption of other nutrients. Calcium and Iron shouldn't be taken together. Zinc shouldn't be taken with calcium, iron, vitamin C, or Phytic acid (grains). Iron and E shouldn't be taken together.
I would really seperate out the multi. Calcium if it is calcium carbonate with food. Any amino acids on an empty stomach. All fat soluble vitamins with fats.

Also do you know of articles that say I shouldn't do that? I would like to show my mom that article so she stops taking all those vitamins at once. She wouldn't believe me if I just told her.
