    Arrow should this Gym setup work ?

    this is what i have to work with, its a little mini workout setup that is in a 17'x10'room located outside my condo unit. has tredmill,stairmachine?,bicyclemachine? and some other stuff you can see in the pics. i have a ez-curl bar in my condo with 75lbs for curls etc.

    will setup get me buff or do i need more or need to join a gym?

    yes, this gives you pretty much the basic setup and all you will need to get some muscle on you whatever your goals are. i just didn't see anything for the legs but maybe you can do free weight squats for that if no other choice exists. looks good especially the cardio options!

    first pic gym5.jpg which is the chest machine if you look towards the bottom you will see that their is thing for legs + like you said i can do squats. thanx guys for the replys

    shrugs i can do with ez-curl bar or in pic gym5 shows that bar on floor connected to cable/weights i can use for curls,shrugs,bentover rows and some other stuff. i was in the gym in the pics today & it does kinda offer alot cause i can do chest upper/lower,back,delts,shoulders,traps,arms,tri's,lats,a bs,legs,cardio .i guess i cant beat it cause it for free & knowbody is ever ever in their working out except me
