    Morning: Whey

    Preworkout: Creatine + BCAA + NO-XPLODE + WHEY

    During Workout: BCAA

Post Workout: Creatine + BCAA + WHEY

Before Bed : Whey (If you don't have a better nighttime protein)

    Hope it helps,

    bingo!

the only thing i'd change is:

    1) start sipping on bcaa before working out and sip it through out working out..
    2) before bed, drink whey with something else.. like a bagel to slow it down.. or some cottage cheese... mix whey in skim milk is good too..

What about a Casein based powder like MuscleMilk? Or would it just be cheaper to buy cottage cheese? I probably wont have Whey Pre-bed!

Just get some optimum casein powder and have a shake pre-bed. I also like Mr. Aries input of eating something light with some carbs before bed

a can of tuna would do you some good.. it's about 50 cents per can and provides 33.5g of nice slow-releasing protein..

a casein based shake would be best. i would suggest xtreme formulations ultra peptide, or if you want something less expensive, make a custom blend at tp.com of ~80% MPI and ~20% egg white
