Ok I have the following supplements:
- AST Sports Micronized Creatine
- ON 100% Whey Protein
- ON 1000 BCAAs
- BSN NO-XPLODE (first time user)
What is the optimal sequence of these supplements?
eg.
Morning - Whey (water)
Pre-Workout etc...

Morning: Whey
Preworkout: Creatine + BCAA + NO-XPLODE + WHEY
During Workout: BCAA
Post Workout: Creatine + BCAA + WHEY
Before Bed : Whey (If you don't have a better nighttime protein)
