Just wondering about protein powders, I was reading up on myomax meal and also nlarge2, are they good choices, seems to me that myomax might be the better but also more $$!

RECOMMENDED USE: Dr. Darren Burke (PhD) recommends 1-2 scoops every day. On training days, take one of your servings 30-60 minutes before exercise and the second serving immediately after exercise. On non-training days, take one scoop mid-morning and one scoop mid-afternoon. For best results use PROMASIL every day and combine with resistance exercise 3-5 days per week.
