Hey guys i wonna start bulking shortly just wondering what my daily calorie, protien and carb intake should be and he long would you bulk. I am a hard gaining skinny eat alot but don't put on wieght help much needed thanks. cheeers

im about 1.74ish cm and i weight 72kg
i tend to eat 8meals a day 5solid meals 2shakes 1weight gainer shake.
th weight gainer is just a home made brew i make. which consists of protein lots of milk fruit and some oils and loadsa oats.
not the nicest but it helps with my caloric intake.
i eat around 1.5-2g of protein a day. carbs take mostly pre and post workout. fat intake is pretty low around 70-90g a day.
here is a typical day of my eating.
7am: 8 Egg whites/1 yolk - cup of oatmeal - milk
10am: Tuna Sandwhich/wholemeal - Banana - milk
1pm: Chicken Sandwich/Wholemeal - Olive Oil
3pm: 30g whey - Oats - Milk -- Pre Workout
Exercise!!!
5pm: 40g Whey - Oats - Milk - Banana --Postworkout
7pm: 10oz Chicken Fillet - Mixed Veggies - Sweet Potatoe
9pm: 30g Whey - Milk - Oats - Olive Oil - Fruit
11pm: 8 Eggs Whites/1 YolkAge: 22yrs old
Starting Weight: 125lbs - dec 2004
Weight Now: 190lbs - April 2009
Future Goal: 200lbs
Height: 5ft 8inches
Training Time: 4years 5Months
