    It's your diet.
I've gained and lost over 100lbs more times than any man alive should. Do as I say and not as I do.

Yeah basically the leaner you get, the more your body fights against you to lose that last bit of fat (your body is really just looking after your survival).Basically mate, you need to step it up a notch, mainly with your diet. You will have to start recording everything you eat, weighing food and choose one of the cyclical diets (CKD, Carb cycling or UD2.0 or similar).

have you tryed to change up your cardio routine? A buddy of mine started HIIT cardio when he plaetued. It worked. He leaned out.

You might want to do as the above posters have stated. If I were you, I would actually do 45 minutes of cardio. That way you get your HR up into that fat burning zone for a longer period of time.

Good idea. Thats what I do. But if you do 45 minutes, don't run 5 days a week. Instead do 3 or 4 days a week. And ofcourse, how's your diet? Read louis dormans recomended dietplan if you don't allready have a good diet plan
    http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/louis3.htm

Also, read all the parts so you get more understanding of weightloss.

Diet is usually the "missing link" - also, consistency is also a HUGE factor...believe in yourself and that limits only exist in your mind.

    ...
    Motivation + Goals + Circumstance = Success
