New Year's Resolutions Super Fun Time Edition
So the new year will be here in a week or so... YOU know what that means! Lots of out of shape middle aged people curling in your power rack, doing abs on your bench press and generally getting on your nerves.
But, don't go tearing the hair out of that ugliness you call a head just yet!! This is what the Super Fun Time Resolutions for the BB.com member is for. YYEYEYEEEAAAA BUUUUUDDDYYYYYYYYyy!!!!!1111oneeleven11!!!
Post your goals for the next year, or just recent ones. How much progress did you make so far and what do you hope to accomplish in the next few month? Why do I care? Because I love you ofcourse, my little precious snowflakes. So take the time off today(since the gym is closed), grab a chocolate bar and reflect on the year that was and the next year.

my goals for the middle of next summer is to weigh what i weigh now but lose some of the fat. as for this year, this year was a very productive year in my weight lifting. i made some very good progress in my physique but i still have a very long way to go. i don't focus on weight all that much but as long as i see some progression over a couple of month span, then i am happy. I am hoping and i feel that 2006 should prove to have my best results so far.

I wanna bench press 200 lbs before new years, but thats probly not likely because thats like a 15 pound gain on my bench. By next summer i want to be able to bench press 100 in each hand for a few reps.

Gain 15-20lbs on next bulk. Add another inch to arms(intense heavy tri workouts coming),add two inches to quads. I am NOT playing this year. I am getting my diet in order and ordering some new equipment.

I still like bodybuilding...I just do it.......differently
I keep telling myself I'll get serious about it....after I add x amount more weight on the bar
Nah seriously... I'd like to compete at local powerlifting shows for kicks, but part of my cutting to 205-210 strategy is to do a TRUE assesment of what needs work for bodybuilding. I guess if you must classify my lifting, throw me in the powerbuilder category.

While at the local market place, movie theater thinga magig I realised my goal.
I'm about to tell you kiddies a true story.... it's super story with AHTTG fun time:
Let's begin at the beginning. Rewind a year back and I'm a 18 year old guy... nothing special at all. Not a fatass, but more what you would call "skinnyfat". You know, skinny in all the wrong places and fat in all the wrong places. Now you must realize that even back then I was ridiculously cool. I mean, like cool incarnate, like IPOD and Rick James had a baby, THAT COOL. But, alas, I'm not fit and as far as first impressions go... I was average. Now, I'd get the occasional glance from chicks, but nothing special
Fast forward a year of working out. I'm fit, big and confident. I'm wide, I'm built... I am THE MAN. So, "what happened at the local movie spot that was so special?" you ask? Well Well Well, let me tell you little kiddies. I was walking along in my sweats and nike pants with 2 douchebags that I call friends. They were ingaged in their usual douchebaggery(making noises and acting like morons while filming it all on their cell phones)... and there I see a goddess at the Panda Express outdoor feeding frenzy. She has dark nice hair, she smells the stuff they make angels out of and is so hot Paris Hilton would cry in shame if she saw her. Now I instinctly glance over AND SHE MAKES DIRECT EYE CONTACT. At this point a year ago she would look back at her orange flavored chicken and all I would have is an image to remember. BUT NOT THIS TIME, she smiles and her eyes are on mine for like five seconds, she eye ****s me for christ's sake.
"The goal for next year?" you ask. To make chicks like that actually come over to me, grab me by the nuts and ask if I want some poonany... using words like please and thank you. As far as I can see, that's the next logical step.
But yea sure, a 20 pound increase in muscle mass wouldn't hurt either

I dont know!!! Part of it is because of my huge gains in my back development. That makes the ole chest measurement go up quite a bit. BTW my arms are 15.5 inches cold, unflexed. I am close to 17inches pumped up and flexing. Anyway, I guess my arms are my genetic down fall.
