i've been working out for almost 2 years on and off. I became very serious around beginning of july this year. my stats are currently 5' 8" 24yrs old 152lbs 12~13%bf max bench 215 squat 245. Im eating 6~7times a day stick to very clean 40/40/20.. taking e/c stack, omega-3's, whey protein, and multi vitamin pills as supps. i lift 4~5times a week and intense 30~40min cardio sessions 2~3 times a week. my daily cal intake is around 1900~2200. it seems dropping bf is getting extremely tough nowdays and my body is adjusting to 25ml 200ml ec stack. what should i do? im thinking about dropping cal intake to around 1700~1900 and 2 days on and off to get the max benefit out of ec stack. do you think it is possible to get to 10%bf by jan 15? every bit of your comments and knowledge will be appreciated.

The idea of taking a few days off to get the max benefit out of EC isn't going to help much. If you have been taking it for a long time, odds are pretty good that your body has adapted pretty well to it and you're not getting anything more out of it. If you feel like you need to shock your system to get your fat loss going again, never do it by eating less. Do it by working out smarter.

You need to do something to reset your metabolism. You can take a week off, eat reasonable, and gain a few pounds. The weight you gain will just be your muscles storing up on glycogen and water. You can also bulk for 2 months or so. You can also completely change your workout to shock your body.
From your stats it doesn't seem like you have a lot of muscle mass, if you don't have a lot of muscle mass you won't be able to burn that much fat. If it's really 0.5 -1 lbs of pure fat thats actually not that bad.

thanks again for your advices...I knew there were very knowledgible bros here!
im very close to my weight set point and my body is completely adjusting to the same old diet, therefore I need a change on my diet. although ketogenic diet sounds ideal for me, im afraid that i might lose great amount of str and mass at the end. I admit that i need to sacrifice either one of them..actually i ve lost 10 pounds on my max bench ever since cutting already... i dont wanna get back into bulk cycle before i get to the single digit. anyone ever tried CKD? how was your experience? how much str did you lose as a result? no carbs even on the post workout meal?

1/2 to 1 lb fat loss per week is a good healthy weight loss. Anything more could mean extreme water loss and/or severe calorie deficit. Water loss could be a change in your water intake and/or change in supplementation (ie. coming off a creatine based product will often result in significant water loss) The calorie deficit would be bad for your goals, as that would only serve to reduce your body's metabolism which is not what you want when you are trying to reduce body fat.
