Is there any tips you guys have to force feeding? Maybe certain stretches that expand the stomach? I'm a pretty skinny guy, and i'm finding it hard to reach my 3500+ cals a day because i'm not used to eating that much.
Thanks!

Just eat until you're really full every meal. Eventually, your stomach will expand.
I don't think I've ever heard of any force-feeding practices, except for feeding tubes, maybe. But forcing yourself to eat more than your stomach can handle will only make you throw up.
Oh! I just remembered. When you're don eating, drink a lot of water. That fills up your stomach even more. You are so easygoing!

It gets easier man. One thing I've found that helps me get past 4000 calories a day are shakes. This is what I drink:
2 cups milk
1/2 cup oats (grind them)
2 tsp natty pb
1 banana
And I don't take any supplements as of right now but if you have whey it wouldn't be a bad idea to add a scoop of that.
That's easily 700 calories, more if you add the whey. Takes like 3 minutes to drink.

Sure you wanna eat loads but you got to be carefull, over eating can lead to crones disease, IBS etc.
Eat until your full and over time you start to eat more, with obvious extra excercise your appetite will increase as well.
I wouldn't recommend force feeding, you wanna put on weight but still enjoy a meal.

I just put a squirt of ketcup in the tuna and then it's fine.
I used to eat tuna plain out of the can, but lately it's becoming more boring.
So i tried a few things to make it a bit more interesting, and a dab of ketchup (about a teaspoon) made it a whole lot easier."Success rests not only on ability, but upon commitment, loyalty, and pride."

Thanks for the info guys. Right now my shake consists of 3 scoops wheybolic 60 from gnc (310cals) + 1 chewy bar (100 cals) + 1/2 cup choc. ice cream (140 cals) + 1c milk (130 cals) + 4 mini twix bars (320 cals) haha. Once said and done i'm at a good 7-800 to start the day off. Before that i usually have 4 eggs and yogurt giving me roughly 400.
I'm going to start throwing in more oats. Usually it's me throwing in a bunch of random stuff in the blender, grabbing a stress ball and chugging it =P
I hear eating a lot of pasta at one time stretches out your stomach for more capacity? My friend is a professional eater and that was his advice lol.

Oats?
All i hear is about oats...do you mean oatmeal? If so you have to do stuff to it before eating it (milk, cook it), but reading posts it seems that you just throw it in the blender with protein shake and its safe to eat?
If i were to go into the grocery store, where would oats be located and what are some good products to buy that contain oats?
